Terms
Terms of Use
These terms set practical expectations for using Athlete Scrapbook. They are written plainly for families, athletes, coaches, and fans.
Using Athlete Scrapbook
Athlete Scrapbook is a Windows desktop app for collecting, organizing, and exporting athletic memories. You are responsible for the content you add, import, export, publish, or share.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos, videos, notes, profile information, and other content. Athlete Scrapbook does not claim ownership of your scrapbook library or exported pages.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to save, use, publish, or share content, especially when content includes other people, copyrighted material, team materials, school materials, or third-party websites and social posts.
Backups, exports, and hosting
Athlete Scrapbook stores your working library locally. You are responsible for backing up your computer and exported folders. If you publish an export to a web host, that host may have its own account, privacy, billing, and content rules.
Paid app purchase
Athlete Scrapbook is sold as a paid desktop app, not a monthly Athlete Scrapbook subscription. Your purchase includes the current version of the app. Future services, hosted publishing, optional features, or major paid versions may be sold separately and may have separate terms if they are introduced later.
Acceptable use
Do not use Athlete Scrapbook to create, store, export, or share unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content. Do not use the app to misrepresent an athlete, school, team, coach, or source.
No warranty
Athlete Scrapbook is provided as-is. We work to make the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file, or accepted by every website, social platform, hosting provider, recruiter, school, or store.
